PRONEC CO., LTD hereby formulated this Conflict Minerals Policy and makes following commitments:
1.Not to purchase or accepting parts or raw materials containing minerals from sources originating from countries with human rights violations or international trade sanctions.
2.Request its suppliers to refuse to use Conflict Minerals from the Conflict Regions.
3. Request its suppliers to notify their from upstream to downstream suppliers to follow Minerals Conflict-Free.
Which 4 minerals: Tin (Sn), Tantalum (Ta), Tungsten (W), and Gold (Au) which originated from and contributed to the conflict in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and surrounding countries.
And includes 2 minerals: Cobalt and Natural Mica.
