Conflict of minerals policy

PRONEC CO., LTD hereby formulated this Conflict Minerals Policy and makes following commitments:
  1. Prohibition of Conflict Minerals.

We will not procure or accept any parts, materials, or components containing minerals sourced from conflict-affected regions associated with human rights abuses, child labor, environmental degradation, or under international trade sanctions.

  1. Supplier Due Diligence. We require all suppliers to:
  • Refuse the use of Conflict Minerals originating from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas (CAHRAs), particularly the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and adjoining countries.
  • Ensure their upstream and downstream supply chains comply with Conflict-Free sourcing practices.
  • Provide documentation (e.g., CMRT, EMRT audit reports) verifying responsible sourcing.
  1. Mineral Scope.

In alignment with the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) guidelines, this policy covers the following minerals:

  1. Original 3TG Minerals:
    • Tin (Sn), Tantalum (Ta), Tungsten (W), Gold (Au)
  1. Additional High-Risk Minerals (Per RMI Expansion):
    • Cobalt (Co) – Due to child labor risks in artisanal mining (DRC).
    • Natural Mica – Linked to unethical labor practices in India and Africa.
    • Copper (Cu) – Concerns over illegal mining and forced labor.
    • Graphite (Natural) – risks in environmental harm and worker exploitation.
    • Lithium (Li) – Rising issues in water scarcity and indigenous rights.
    • Nickel (Ni) – Associated with deforestation and hazardous working conditions.
  1. Compliance & Transparency
    • Conduct supply chain mapping and Risk assessments for all covered minerals.
    • Mandate suppliers to use RMI-recognized smelters & refiners.
  1. Continuous Improvement.

Regularly review sourcing practices in line with RMI updates and stakeholder input.

Coil Assembly

Coil Assembly (VCM for cameras, etc.)

Coil Assembly (VCM for cameras, etc.) Depending on the customer’s needs, we can build FPC, plastic part, core, lead wire, terminals, etc., Coils and various parts can be assembled.
We can also procure related parts in Japan and Thailand.

Bobbinless Coil

Bobbinless Coil (VCM,WPC,RFID,etc)

It is possible to wind various applications of Bobbinless coils in the range of copper wire
diameters 0.03 to 1.00. We use our own winding M/C, and we can flexibly handle small
samples to mass production on the scale of 1Mpc per month.

Transformer/Line filter

Transformers, reactors, etc. (for large industrial machines, vehicles, power related)

Wind directly to cut-less core which can achieve high characteristics.(core cross section)

Coil Overmold

We have a molding machine (vertical and horizontal), and we can handle everything from bobbin molding to coil winding and. Overmolding.
We also have various test machines such as withstand voltage, insulation resistance, and impulse testing.

Bobbin Coil

Shutter coil, pickup coil, printed coil, solenoid coil etc.

Integrated production from molding to winding is now fully possible and highly efficient.

Winding Machine

We have developed technology for winding self-bonding copper wires and created high-speed, automated machines for coil production, earning recognition in the electronic component industry, especially for products like smartphones, hard disks, and digital cameras.
